Myrna Van

Associate Attorney
Myrna Van is an Associate Attorney at Guerrero & Chan, LLP. Ms. Van focuses her practice in Business Law, Family Law, and Civil Litigation. Ms. Van has had experience in ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) defense lawsuits, breach of contract actions, and temporary restraining orders (TROs) to freeze bank accounts from fraudulent activities.

Ms. Van graduated from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a bachelor’s degree in economics, with a minor in accounting. She then attended Western State University College of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate degree, with certificates in public service and business law. In addition to her academics, she was Vice President of Asian Pacific American Law Student Association (APALSA).

Ms. Van is admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court, Central District of California and United States Tax Court. She is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA), Orange County Asian American Bar Association (OCAABA), Vietnamese American Bar Association of Southern California (VABASC) and National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA). Ms. Van speaks English and Vietnamese and practices in Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County.

Ms. Van was selected by Super Lawyers as a Southern California Rising Star in Civil Litigation: Plaintiff in 2020 and 2021.
